This is my entry for the #monomad challenge hosted and curated by @monochromes
This little ant is quite brave wandering around alone on a big leaf under the shade in the undergrowth. Not sure what this little guy was going after, maybe just getting sometime alone, trying to figuring out about lives, also finding peace away from the heat of the dry season sun.
But looking at the wringkle on its thorax, it reminded me of a bigger species that I had found sometimes ago. maybe this little guy is still juvenile, trying to find out of how the world work on its own away from the colony like the other species do?
But what I like is that sometimes, there are other species in this world, who are figuring out the world by their own, right from the day the were born (in this case hatch) and that is just how the world work. we should always be grateful that there are still people who love us and nuture us when we were first born into this world.
Anyway have a great day everyone. ; )

I think it's great to explore on our own and have first-hand experience of how life works :)
yes you are right, I should learn this from the small world, so at least I can copy it into my parenting style. : )
Definitely! Experiment with it and see how it goes :)

It wasn't until I saw macro shots of ants that I realised their faces are genuine nightmare fuel.
