Hola amantes del monocromo.
Siendo honesta con todos, no puedo decir que tengo una preferencia por el Blanco y Negro.
Cuando comencé a vincularme a la fotografía, necesitaba una paleta amplia de colores para poder expresarme."¡Con colores, todo es más alegre!" Eso pensaba yo…
No hacía las fotos en Blanco y Negro, sencillamente porque detestaba el uso indiscriminado de filtros innecesarios que hacen algunas personas, o la aplicación del monocromo por los que piensan que así, se ve la foto más “profesional”.
Fue la sabiduría de un gran fotógrafo y profesor, la que me enseñó a mirar en escalas de grises. El Blanco y Negro no es una decisión de edición. Las fotos deben nacer sabiendo que esa va a ser su presentación. Es sencillo, hay fotos que hablan en colores y fotos que hablan en blanco y negro.
El Blanco y Negro, evidentemente, es un regalo a los sentidos, para concentrarnos en el mensaje, en el alma de la foto.
Ahora, disfruto el Blanco y Negro tanto como el color. Ahora, lo amo todo de la fotografía.
Mi primera publicación para #monomad, es sobre autorretratos. Los primeros que hice cuando comencé a ver el mundo en patrones de luz.

To be honest with you, I can't say I have a preference for Black and White.
When I started to get involved in photography, I needed a wide palette of colors to express myself. “With colors, everything is more joyful!” That's what I thought...
I just didn't took photos in Black and White, because I hated the indiscriminate use of unnecessary filters that dime people do or the application of monochrome by those who thought that this way, the photo looks more "professional".
It was the wisdom of a great photographer and teacher that taught me to look in grayscale. Black and white is not an edition decision. Photos are born knowing that this is going to be their presentation. It's simple, there are photos that speak in color and photos that speak in black and white.
Black and White, obviously, is a gift to the senses. Alout us to concentrate on the message, on the photos souls.
Now, I enjoy Black and White as much as I enjoy color. Now, I love everything about photography.
My first post for #monomad is about self-portraits. The first ones I took when I started to see the world in patterns of light.
