If I got that right you got the Sigma 105 f2.8 lens?
With that you could go into manual Focus and focus as close as possible und then search for some lights or reflections on water for example and move a little bit away and I think this will give you some nice bokeh 😊
Yea it is the one I use the most. It is pretty good for bokeh on auto too.
I hardly set it to manual. I am just lazy that way :p
