Last summer found me cooling off in the beautiful state of Colorado. In my previous post I shared the beauty that you can behold in Rocky Mountain Nation Park. Just a couple hours drive from the park, I found myself in Denver for a night or two. Just enough time to go on a photowalk and grab a bite to eat before flying back to Florida. There was a convention in town for the weekend and people were excited to be heading there. Great opportunity to snap a few shots while people watching.
The first image is among my favorite. What the late Bob Ross would call a 'happy accident'. It was the first photograph of a new roll of film and half of the shot was exposed on the reload. This turned out to be my favorite image of this roll. And since then, I have a couple more that fit into the 'happy accident' category that I just love.

Nice pics 👍 I love Colorado in the summer.
Thank you. Same. That was my first time visiting in the summer. Loved it. I'm more of a nature person, so what's nice about Colorado is that even in the city, it doesn't take long to be where you can take a breath of fresh air.
