It was finally time to put my spring decor to good use. Usually, I photograph children against this dreamy, dramatic backdrop of beautiful flowers. But this time, I had a stunning 21-year-old model, Fatima, who works in our studio and is learning about photo design. The interesting part of this shoot was that Fatima's dress was made of silk, just like the silk decor hanging above her. Everything in the photo, even the bows on Fatima's shoes, was as beautiful and delicate as the flowers around her.
Fatima has beautiful Asian eyes and wears exquisite accessories, especially a large, ornate leaf ring. Her hairstyle was also a standout, with her hair pulled back into a bun and two long strands framing her face. I took two beautiful portraits of her face, using a combination of sunlight, ambient light, and artificial lighting that I set up myself. I was quite pleased with the results. The brightness in the photos created a striking contrast against the darkness, enhancing the beauty of both the image and the model.
The hanging flowers directly above Fatima, as she sat on the chair, added a fantastic composition to the photo. Pay attention to the way her feet are positioned. I believe Fatima has the potential to be a professional model. In the next set of images, I removed the chair and took standing shots. It was fascinating to see how every small movement or adjustment she made created a new opportunity for a great shot.
The photoshoot went incredibly well. I decided to take more photos of Fatima and get to know her better. Her slightly short skirt complemented her relatively dark skin and the lightness of her dress. I must admit, she is very photogenic and connects well with the camera, the photographer, and essentially, the viewer.
In the end, Fatima was very happy with the photos. We decided to release them in black and white. I want to thank everyone in the black and white community for creating a global platform where we can share our work, exchange ideas, and grow together as photographers.
