Why do trees' leaves fall during the hot season? This place is a perfect view for me every morning, with fresh air, and you can see lots of activities. As part of my routine, I capture some pictures and stare at them to reflect. The tree symbolizes our lives and our daily struggles. Sometimes we fall but find ways to survive.
photography by @gohenry | Tree Every morning, Mang Simion passes by (the man in the picture) as part of his daily routine to catch fish. In this world, it's all about survival only mature individuals can truly reflect on this situation. It's a scene full of activities that you can witness beyond the confines of mainstream social media. That's why I always find ways to bring my daughter outside our home to explore and experience these kinds of scenes, so she won't be imprisoned by cartoons and shows available online.
photography by @gohenry | Simion As you can see in the next picture, that is where Mang Simion sleeps and rests (his accommodation). His kids are waiting in that house. I have some photographs of the kids, but I chose not to publish them to respect the children's privacy.

photography by @gohenry | The tree and the boat Mang Simion's primary tool for capturing fish is the fishnet, known as lambat in my place. We all have different tools or methods to survive in this challenging world. Some are lucky to be born into wealthy families, but for me, wealth is not about the amount of money it’s about having a good heart and doing good deeds. Peace and love!
