As for tye neighbor singing at the top of her lungs. I once had one who sang "too late to apologise" at the top of his lungs at two am with a heavy Hindu accent. Always made me chuckle.
Also had a neighbor who lived down the street that you could hear having sexual interactions from several buildings away. People would literally amass in front of her apartment at midnight and yell "shut the fuck up!"

Naw she was really annoying. It sounded like a porno on full volume. I have had some crazy experiences but there's no need for that. I mean after a good half hour of this we'd all sorta form up in the street in front of her apartment on the sidewalk thinking "really?!?". Then at about 40 minutes we'd be like "shut the fuck up already." I mean good for her and everything. But it was a bit dramatic.
