The Crown Jewel of the Indian Himalayas

Among all the photos today, the most favourite photo is of the Nanda Devi mountain which is 7817 meters high. Nanda Devi is the second highest mountain in India whose height is 7817 meters (25646 feet) above sea level and it is located in the Nanda Devi National Park. This peak is a group of 2 peaks, one of which is located in the East and the other is located in the West.

All these photos were clicked in 2022 when I went to visit Rudranath temple in the month of January. These photos look better after editing in black and white because if we talk about color photos, then these photos are clicked with Canon 77d (55-250mm), this snowy range visible from a distance is almost not visible due to weather and haze, but after converting to black and white, their appearance has improved completely.

I have been to many places in the Himalayas to see Nanda Devi mountain, like I have been to Auli and Rudranath temple. And believe me, seeing this mountain with your own eyes is like a dream come true. When I saw it from Auli, I fell in love with this mountain and till date this single mountain is my favorite and probably will remain so in future too because there is no other mountain more beautiful than this.

All the mountains you are seeing in today's photos have a height of more than 6000 meters. The weather was very clear in the morning from where these photos were clicked, then at sunrise every peak was shining like gold. But as the afternoon arrived, the weather changed and due to haze the view in front became blurred. Well, that's all for today, I hope you liked the photos.

This is my entry for #monomad challenge.

Very very impressive. I love to go there sometime. And I see one little sensor dust in your pictures. I hope you don't mind me saying. It also happens to me sometimes that I forget to get rid of.

Like everyone else, I too believe that Himalaya is a dream destination, and I consider myself lucky that I live very close to it.

I did not feel bad at all..It is good that you interrupted. Now I will soon go to the service center to get it fixed because these days I am feeling very lazy and not doing anything.
