That is a picture of the life of coastal communities in our city. The meandering estuary from one estuary to another has formed a small island that is often used by local residents to earn a living by cultivating grouper fish with a floating system. It is no wonder that stilt houses as temporary residences color the scenery along this estuary. This is the choice of the fishermen here so that it is easier to rest in a floating residence on the water rather than having to go back and forth every day.
Usually, canoes are the mode of transportation that takes them from one place to another. Uniquely, the canoes here are made from used plastic drums that are often used by the oil and gas industry operating in our city. Not only that, these used drums are also used by some fishermen as floats for fish farming ponds and also as floats for their stilt houses.
Look at them doing their activities! I think they really enjoy it. These floating houses are connected from one place to another so they interact well with each other.
In my opinion, the Independence of the Floating Village is the right term if you see this village with all its activities. Why is that? Because in their skilled hands, they create their own supporting facilities and infrastructure, one of which is a small-capacity power plant that also floats in the middle of the river estuary. The diesel-powered power plant that they concocted becomes a supplier of electricity for the needs of the water wheel as an oxygen stimulant in their pond and also as lighting when night falls.
"Hopefully the hard workers will always be healthy with their various innovations", a hope for them as the closing of my post this time. The story above is just an illustration from me by utilizing several moments of the lives of fishermen along the river mouth in my city. Hopefully it can represent and be entertainment to close the weekend this week. Cheers!

Thank you so much for this. I appreciate it.
always flattered!
Good work my brother.
Can I know where this floating house is located?
I really enjoy some of the activities they do every day, if it floods, how will their life be there?
Krueng Cunda-Lhokseumawe, Bro! Floods are not a problem! because they will float.
Nice photos. But I'm curious about one thing. Are there any crocodiles in that estuary?
@kryptik.tigrrr3d! Thanks for stopping by. Of course there are no crocodiles in this estuary. Because this estuary is right in the middle of the city.
