Wall Art Festival

After successfully holding the Wall Painting Festival last year; MONOMAD: An old album in memory of artwork, the local government is again holding the same event involving local artists of various ages. Local artists are invited to participate in this event and produce artwork that focuses on regional creative and cultural issues.

How exciting is this event? I'll make an effort to demonstrate it with the following images, and these pictures are also my entries for the #monomad challenge hosted by @monochromes:

The image above shows one of the elderly participants. He is a local artist in the local town who often paints on the walls of kindergarten schools. Traditional community life is the theme raised at this year's festival.

Meanwhile, in another corner, a group of teenage high school students, accompanied by their teacher council, took part in the event. They use this event as a vehicle to express the arts and culture lessons they receive at school.

The theme raised is about the existence of traditional art in the contemporary era. They brought up this topic because they think that art may influence and foresee societal change in society at a young age.

These local artists were the subjects of brief interviews that led to the story in this piece.

Thanks for taking the time. Hopefully useful and entertained of course. This pictures taken with Canon EOS 6D camera + 70-300 & 50mm Lens.
