Last week I was asked by a friend who is a photographer to accompany him to a wedding event and at the same as his buddy for taking pictures of the said event, and I didn't hesitate to accept the offer since I wanted to improve more my photography skills.
Since it was my first time shooting for this kind of event, my friend asked me to shoot for the bearers and flower girls since they are the subjects that seldom look at the camera. Here are some of my snaps which I turned into Black and White. For these will be my entry for the #monomad challenge of @monochromes.
To begin with, this kid who is the ring bearer seems so very jolly that he even walks with one shoulder up, but when he realizes that my lens pointed at him, he then changes his composition to a normal walk but still with the big smile on his face.
While the Bible bearer in the above photo and the coin bearer was well
oriented on how to behave as they walk on the red carpet.
On the other hand, these flower girls are not minding at all instead they were looking at their parents, which I think is normal at their age. I even ask these kids to look at the camera but seems their attention was on their parent's instruction.
Thank you once again sir @brumest for manually curating my post through @qurator team. Thank you for the awesome support..
