Hello friends of Black and White in #Hive. Today I bring four photos of Felix and Margarito. They are brothers and live in the mountains. Then, is very common find them on the roads to the peaks, because they often go down to the village to sell harvested what they have collected, also to visit their relatives.
Hola amigos de Blanco y Negro en #Hive. Hoy traigo cuatro fotos de Félix y Margarito. Son hermanos y viven en la montaña. Entonces, es muy común encontrarlos en los caminos hacia las cumbres, porque suelen bajar al pueblo a vender lo que han recolectado, también a visitar a sus familiares.
So this is my entry to today's #monomad challenge. With photos and some of the history of these two brothers whom I have known since my teenage years and whom I consider good friends.
Entonces esta es mi entrada al reto #monomad de hoy. Con fotos y algo de la historia de estos dos hermanos a quienes conozco desde mis años de adolescencia y a quienes considero buenos amigos.
In the foreground on the left in this photo above, is Felix, the eldest in the pair.... More than 30 years ago, I used to camp very often in this mountains. Back then Felix was just a few younger than me and Margarito (in the background) was just a boy in maybe 12 years old. In those days I pitched my tent near their father's house, so I would spend my weekends there living in the country way... Those were nice times!.... :-)
En primer plano a la izquierda en esta foto de arriba, está Felix, el mayor de ambos... Hace más de 30 años atrás yo acostumbraba a acampar con mucha frecuencia en estas montañas. Entonces Felix era apenas un poco menor que yo y Margarito (En segundo plano) era apenas un niño de quizás unos 12 años de edad. En aquellos tiempos yo colocaba mi carpa en las cercanías de la casa paterna de ellos, entonces pasaba allí los fines de semana viviendo a la manera del campo... ¡Eran lindos tiempos!... :-)
They are perhaps the two closest brothers I know.... In fact, their respective wives are each other's sisters.... How about that... They have also built their separate houses on the same piece of land in the mountains!... To me that is something admirable. During the years I have known Felix and Margarito, I have never seen them argue or have a disagreement, not even when they were very young. They grew up together and are still best friends with each other, something you don't see very often in these parts. Even their children share as siblings and their wives do not differentiate in the treatment between sons and nephews. It is an example of brotherhood at a high level. Worthy to be admired.
Son quizás los dos hermanos más unidos que conozco... De hecho, sus respectivas esposas son hermanas una de la otra... ¿Que les parece?... ¡También han construido sus casa independientes en el mismo terreno en la montaña!... Para mi eso es algo admirable. Durante los años que tengo conociendo a Felix y Margarito, jamás les he visto discutir ni tener un desacuerdo, ni siquiera siendo muy jóvenes. Ellos crecieron juntos y siguen siendo los mejores amigos entre sí, eso es algo que no se ve muy a menudo por estos lares. Inclusive sus hijos comparten cono hermanos y sus esposas no diferencian en el trato entre hijos y sobrinos. Es todo un ejemplo de hermandad a un gran nivel. Digno de ser admirado.
Every time we meet, we joke with each other, I usually tell them: Here come my photo machines!... ha ha ha, because they are so typical and natural, that just by looking at them you can already perceive a photo. And the fact is that these brothers (and I can say this because we have been friends for many years) are extremely noble and good-natured people with really praiseworthy values and principles. This is reflected in their appearance, because they emanate a very particular kind of benevolence... It is enough to look at their faces to understand that they are good people!
Cada vez que nos encontramos, bromeamos entre nosotros, yo suelo decirles: ¡Aquí vienen mis maquinas de fabricar fotos!... ha ha ha, pues ellos son tan típicos y naturales, que apenas al mirarlos ya uno percibe una foto. Y es que estos hermanos (y puedo decirlo porque nos une una amistad de muchos años) Son personas extremadamente nobles y de buen carácter y de unos valores y principios realmente loables. Esto se refleja en su aspecto, pues emanan un tipo de benevolencia muy particular... ¡Basta con mirar su rostro y entender que son buenas personas!
They grew up together, they married two sisters, they work together, they are neighbors, they harvest together, they sell what they produce together, they always come and go together? They are a wonderful thing... Even talking to them is a delight, because they usually talk first and then the other one, they alternate in such a way that it seems that they are one person talking. Every time I meet them on the roads, it is an excellent time for me.
Crecieron juntos, se casaron con dos hermanas, trabajan juntos, son vecinos, cosechan juntos, venden lo que producen juntos, siempre van y vienen juntos... Son una cosa maravillosa... Inclusive, hablar con ellos en un encanto, pues suelen hablar uno primero y el otro después, se alternan de tal manera que parece que son una sola persona hablando. Cada vez que los encuentro en los caminos, es un rato excelente para mi.
I hope in the future to be able to go to the houses of Felix and Margarito and to be able to take some photos of their families. That will be a nice moment for sure.
Espero en un futuro poder ir a las casas de Felix y Margarito y poder hacer unas fotos de sus familias. Eso será un agradable momento seguramente.

Definitivamente me gustó la historia, pero sobre todo me gustaron los retratos, tienen algo que captura toda mi atención.
Gracias amigo @monster-one por leer y apreciar... Ciertamente, en especial cuando son de personas cuya espontaneidad se antepone a la pose como en este caso de Felix y Margarito, cuyas fotos cercanas fueron hechas sin avisar... Entonces se puede palpar la esencia de la persona retratada... Saludos.
