Oh yes, the sea is relatively close and to the North, although separated by several mountain ranges, which makes it a bit difficult to go (I don't remember having been to the sea for 4 years I think) but the warm and humid air from the coast rises up the mountains and cools down, coming down in the form of morning fog to valleys like this frequently...
