Portrait of an Artistic Date (ENG-ES)-Monomad challenge

The other day, I went to an annual fine arts exhibition. It was the 66th edition of the Salón Michelena.

I went with my girlfriend, who isn’t that enthusiastic about art (or so she thinks), but as soon as we entered an interactive painting room, we put on painter’s smocks and started painting on canvases provided for visitors to use.

Painting isn’t really my thing, but I took the opportunity to photograph the scene, which felt endearing because of the company I shared it with.

En estos días fui a una exposición anual de artes plásticas. Se trata del Salón Michelena, edición número 66.

Fui con mi novia, quien no es tan entusiasta del arte (o eso ella cree), pero apenas entramos a una sala interactiva de pintura, nos animamos a usar una bata de pintor para pintar unos lienzos que están completamente para su uso por parte de los visitantes.

Pintar no es lo mío en realidad, pero aproveché la oportunidad para fotografiar la escena, que me pareció entrañable por la compañía.
