“Cujae” is the nickname or small name that Cubans refer to the University City “Jose Antonio Echeverria”, a place located in Havana. There you can study several careers in Engineering and Architecture.
This small post is dedicated to this higher education center from which I graduated in 2010 as a computer engineer.
After almost 15 years I had the opportunity to visit it and relive moments when I studied for 5 years.
To my happiness, this technological university did not have big changes, where I live is not a country of big changes in time, it is like living frozen.
I said “to my happiness” because the best way to remember a place or people is to have them as we left them the last time; my feeling was like I was still studying. I literally felt one of those moments in life when the clock stops.
Nostalgia, Sunset and Goodbye, with the promise of always coming back.
This is my entry in the #monomad challenge.
Thanks so much 🙏☺️!!!
I am always struck by how art can transform impoverishment into beauty. You have some photos here that I love.
