As I've been sharing the portraits I've taken of strangers, I wanted to give you a little context about the fair so you can understand the scale of the event.
On the first day of the fair, there's a parade. It's really common to see the streets absolutely packed with people. I took these photos from a distance when I was just arriving:
Como ya les he ido mostrando los retratos que le he estado haciendo a desconocidos, en esta ocasión queria darles un poco de contexto sobre la feria y así ustedes pudieran ver la magnitud del evento.
El primer dia de la feria se realiza un desfile y es muy comun ver las calles completamente llenas de personas, estas fotos las tomé de lejos cuando apenas iba llegando:

Aqui ya estaba en la calle principal, como podran ver habian muchisimas personas!!
There's so much to do at the fair. There's beer sold literally everywhere on the street, people selling souvenirs and all kinds of deals. The government sets up several stages with live performances to entertain people. There are also the typical fairground rides. In short, there's a lot to do, and I'll be showing you everything soon.
Personally, I always go to a place called the exhibition pavilions. They sell all kinds of things, and that's where my friends are. It's also a safe place to go with my camera because there's a lot of security.

En la feria hay muchisimas cosas por hacer, hay venta de cerveza por todos lados literalemente en la calle, hay personas vendiendo recuerdos y todo tipo de ofertas, el gobierno pone varias tarimas con presentaciones en vivo para entretener a las personas, tambien estan las tipicas atracciones mecanicas de ferias, en fin, hay mucho por hacer y pronto les iré mostrando todo.
Yo por mi parte siempre entro a un lugar conocido como las exposiciones de los pabellones ya que allí vendend todo tipo de cosas y es donde estan mis amigos, ademas de eso es un lugar seguro para ir con mi camara ya que hay bastante seguridad.

Hay un elemento muy comun que veran en todas las fotos y son los sombreros es comun que las personas vengan a la feria utilizando sombreros...
People come as families to these exhibition stands to see what they can find and look for deals because they sell all kinds of things here. For businesses, it's a great opportunity to showcase their company to the public from all over the city.
Las personas vienen en familia estos stands de exposiciones a ver que pueden encontrar y buscar ofertas ya que aquí venden todo tipo de cosas y desde el lado del empresario es una excelente oportunidad para dar a conocer su empresa ante el publico de toda la ciudad.
Now you can better understand how, with such a massive influx of people, I take this opportunity to go with my cameras to do my dynamic of photographing strangers. And since many of the people come well-dressed, most are very open to being photographed!
Ahora podran entender mejor que como hay un flujo masivo de personas yo aprovecho esta oportunidad para ir con mis camaras para hacer la dinamica de fotografiar desconocidos y como muchas de las personas vienen bien vestidos la mayoria esta muy abiertos a ser fotografiados!!
