A few days ago, two of the city's best athletes came to my office and asked me to start a video and photography project together. To create a different bodybuilding photography, I suggested using a special location. We decided to go to the top of a mountain.
First thing in the morning, before sunrise.
Because we arrived at a good time, with perfect weather conditions for outdoor photography. We climbed the mountain with difficulty and carried our things. You may not believe it, but after this project, because I couldn't climb the mountain well, I immediately registered in the gym and started exercising myself.
When we reached the summit, we found a secluded spot where we could set up our equipment without any distractions or interruptions. and menti 📸🙂photography is beginning.
The black and white filter added an extra layer of drama and intensity to the images, highlighting every ripple and bulge of muscle.
One of the most challenging photos that silhouette was taken. I placed and juxtaposed the two athletes against the sun, which added depth and complexity to the image
One of them was a vegan, which surprised me given his impressive physique. He was thinner than his counterpart but had an incredible amount of physical strength that belied his size. It just goes to show that there is no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to building muscle – everyone's body is different and requires unique care and attention.
i taken a bunch of photos against the light, which I think turned out to be beautiful photos. I will publish the video as soon as possible. I finally figured out how to directly upload a video file to the community
I did the photography exactly on a clown. Little by little, the sun was coming up, because we were on top of a hill, the intensity of the light was much higher.
Bodybuilding is not just about lifting weights or following strict diets – it's about pushing yourself beyond your limits both physically and mentally. It's about embracing your body in all its imperfections .
Finally, I must say that it was a very good experience for me, and that it is better to choose sunset photography instead of sunrise photography. This way, the more we shoot and the closer we get to sunset, the better the light gets. Thanks to the black and white community that always has the best tips for producers.
