From the style of the building and its modern geometric shapes, I would say this building is very modern and artistic. The wire mesh head has also been out front since it opened, and it creates an interesting spot to take some photos. You can even go inside of the wire mesh and get some neat views. It is one of those public art displays that doesn't have much explanation; maybe it was meant for people to come up with their own ideas on what it signifies. I think it adds a metropolitan flair to downtown and makes me feel like I live in a very modern city.
