Monomad: Monochrome Metropolis

Shapes and features in architecture are a great thing to capture in terms of finding things you see every day that might be photogenic. Lines, curves, angles—all of these things really lend themselves well to photography. What I enjoy about black and white is that it can really reduce something to the basics. The colors can look amazing, but when you remove their distraction, all you are left with is the shape of everything and how it flows together in architecture.
