Thank you for your continued support... Do you know that my bipolar disorder has improved a lot...? Well, my psychologist can't explain the reason for my surprising improvement.... I told him that I am in an "alternative" treatment with black and white photos, and he laughed like a child.... He said: "Whatever you are doing has done you a lot of good, keep at it"... Thanks always guys!.... :)
PS: That macro by @brianhphotos that you have selected today as first place, is a portent of photographic mastery! Bravo!

Hello @luba555 Anyone can join the #monomad challenge at any time. There are no prerequisites.
Regarding the published images, and as clearly stated in our community rules, we take few photography basics in consideration when it comes to the content we showcase. Such as focus, exposure and composition.
Please keep that in mind 🙂
