I think you're overreacting a little bit.
Do you actually know what censorship is?
Your posts weren't censored, they were muted.
You didn't even notice as you stated above, and they are still visible in every front end.
How is that censorship?
Muting is part of something called moderation.
Unfortunately a necessary "evil" to keep the community feed attractive and not full of low quality publications dropped by users who simply come after the rewards (and before you pick on this let me tell straightforward that no, I don't think you belong to this user category).
If we simply ignore those low quality publications and let them be, our feed, instead of being a pleasure to look at, would become a garbage can where no one would like to post in and be associated with. The community would become what others want it to be and not what we want it to be.
Moderation is one of the main reasons why the communities were introduced in Hive and the mute option is part of that. It's coded that way and the code is law, like it or not.
Regarding those publications you highlighted there:
In the first one you have 2 out of focus images (1 & 4) and 3 overexposed/burned ones (2,3 &5).
In the second one there's exactly the same issues. All out of focus and overexposed, aggravated by the fact that you overedited it trying to disguise those flaws.
You shouldn't be proud of those images.
You should yes be proud of the obvious improvement your photography shows presently, and that's exactly what I tried to highlight with my initial comment.
I am sorry that you took it in a completely different way. It was suppose to be a dose of constructive criticism.
Having and posting few bad images is nothing to be ashamed of, it's part of our growth. I did it myself.
Everyone does it at some point.
Ok fair call.
It just would have been nice to have heads up with a reason to learn from.
