Back to playing in the river area, saltwater swamp. Where in the saltwater swamp has a population of animals in the saltwater swamp habitat. Mud, tides, and animals that live in two habitats, namely water and muddy land will be the theme of my post today. Mangrove crabs whose shells are almost similar to the mud in the saltwater swamp. No matter the scorching heat, sweat almost soaking through my clothes, I try to give the best post tonight.
Mangrove crabs with shells that are almost similar to the mud where they live and develop. If we are not observant in observing their bodies, they have blended in with the mud both when they walk, stand, or enter the hole, the house they dug. What is still clearly visible from this mangrove crab is its two protruding eyes. The eyes are varied, some are dark, some are shiny white islands. Make no mistake, on the side of the river there is also a grassy field, grass that smells of salt. That's where the mangrove crab likes to crawl. I took a picture of it when it was on the grassy field.
There are actually several types of mangrove crabs, some are red, have large claws on one side. While this mangrove crab is more tame, has two fairly large claws and most importantly both thighs are still intact, not large on one side.
