Monomad: Rebellious Hair - With Alejandra [Eng/Esp]

This is my entry for the #monomad challenge.

About two weeks ago I asked my friend who is also a photographer to take some pictures of me because my birthday was coming up and I wanted to update my profile picture and she did take the pictures, but she also asked me to take some pictures of her, so that's what I did and these are the pictures I want to share with you today, I hope you enjoy them.

Hace unas dos semanas le pedí a mi amiga que también es fotógrafa que me hiciera unas fotografías porque se acercaba mi cumpleaños y quería actualizar mi foto de perfil y efectivamente me hizo las fotos, pero también me pidió que le hiciera unas fotografías a ella, por lo que eso hice y son las fotografías que quiero compartirles el día de hoy, espero que las disfruten.

I must say from the beginning that these pictures ended up being for our amusement, we liked them, but for obvious reasons they are pictures that were just left to enjoy the day. I think it's evident that there was a lot of watching where we were, that's why Alejandra's hair looked so unruly and didn't stay completely still, but honestly I liked this, I feel it gave movement to each photograph.

Debo decir desde un principio que estas fotografías terminaron siendo para nuestra diversión, nos gustaron, pero por obvias razones son fotos que solo quedaron para disfrutar el día. Creo que es evidente que había mucho viendo en donde estábamos, por eso el cabello de Alejandra se veía tan rebelde y no se quedaba del todo quieto, pero honestamente esto me gustó, siento que le dio movimiento a cada fotografía.

As I mentioned, these were just a few more pictures for the moment, but I'm still quite happy with the result. I also preferred them in black and white, to generate that contrast, since there was a lot of sun hitting the model directly and I had to take advantage of that moment.

Como bien les mencioné, estas fueron unas fotografías más para el momento, pero aun así estoy bastante contento con el resultado. De igual manera, las preferí en blanco y negro, para generar ese contraste, ya que había mucho sol dando directamente a la modelo y había que aprovechar ese momento.
