The temperature is nice here, not too hot and not too cold. So, for flu or cold, you know, lots of ginger tea, honey and lemon.
You can also chop an onion, crush 10 cloves of garlic and soak it in honey for about 6 hours. Then strain it through a sieve and take a spoonful in the morning and a spoonful at night. It is a very good and natural remedy.
