Daily monomad challenge // Black and white diving (ENG-ESP)

This is my entry for the #monomad challenge 🙂

Hello everyone, I hope you're doing well. A few days ago, I was in San Andres Islands with some friends, and we were lucky enough to go scuba diving at a depth of 20 meters. It was truly an incredible experience, from how your body adapts to this new environment, to seeing that other universe down there and the great variety of life that exists in such a small space.

To me, one of the qualities of an artist is seeing things from a very different perspective than most people, and that's exactly what I tried to do with these black and white photographs of the seafloor. The sea has always been known for its great colors, but we've never really thought about how the animals living there see it. I really liked these photos - the contrast between the sunlight and the darkness of the sea floor is beautiful, the shadows, the textures - to me, everything has more volume in black and white, and the details can be appreciated more. That's my invitation to always see things from a different perspective, and thus have a better understanding of everything around us.

Anyway, without further ado, here's the photo series. I would really appreciate your comments and criticisms, as they help me grow as a photographer.
