My friend Hakan from Sweden was very impressed, the last time we went out to take pictures, with all the stories and tremendous scenes that appear in the streets of Havana, so he called me to make another tour of the city, focusing even more on portraits and on telling the life of the inhabitants.
This time we went even deeper into old Havana, but in the less touristy area where you can see even more poverty.
The first photo was taken of a man who was selling some coconut candy, and came to ask for a light to light a cigarette to some guys who had a kind of barbershop set up. I took the picture while he was taking the first puffs of smoke.
The second story is about the guys at the barbershop, who had a very youthful flow and a bit of a tough guy persona, but they were very sociable and we took several pictures of them.
Then we found this man dancing, I think he had some mental problems, but he was used to ask for money to the tourists, he let himself be photographed and Hakan gave him some money to eat something, he was quite happy and gave us some good portraits.
The next one was this guy with his Pitbull dog, I asked him for the picture and he gladly agreed, although I took several this one caught my attention because it reflects more the connection with his pet.
The next place we went to was a small town inside a landslide, Hakan was surprised that people could live there, this gentleman made us go to the bottom where two families lived. With small children, really in very difficult conditions.
Here what caught my attention was the frightened look of the little boy and his gesture of hiding behind his mother and protector, in this environment, I found it a very strong scene.
Finally I was surprised to find there this pig , which belonged to the man who made us enter and I found it so strange that he had it in that place with a padlock , I imagine that even guard him at night , so that thieves do not enter. Because pork in Havana is quite expensive due to the bestial inflation we are experiencing.

Mi amigo Hakan de Suecia se quedó muy impactado, la última vez que salimos a hacer fotos, con todas las historias y escenas tremendas que aparecen en las calles de la Habana , así que me llamó para hacer otro recorrido por la ciudad, enfocándonos aún más en los retratos y en contar la vida de los habitantes.
En esta ocasión nos adentramos aún más en la Habana vieja, pero en la zona menos turística donde se ve aún más la pobreza.
La primera foto se la tomamos a un señor que estaba vendiendo unos dulces de coco, y se acercó a pedir fuego para encender un cigarrillo a unos muchachos que tenían una especie de barbería montada. Le tome la foto mientras daba la primeras bocanadas de humo.
La segunda historia es la de los chicos de la barbería , que tenían un flow muy juvenil y un poco montado el personaje de tipos duros jjjjajjaj pero fueron muy sociables y le hicimos varias fotos.
Después nos encontramos a este hombre bailando , creo que tenía un poco de problemas mentales, pero acostumbrado a pedirle dinero a los turistas, se dejó fotografiar y Hakan le dio un poco de dinero para que comiera algo , el se puso bastante contento y nos regalo buenos retratos
La siguiente fue este chico con su perro Pitbull , le pedí la foto y accedió con mucho gusto, aunque tome varias está me llamó más la atención porque refleja más la conexión con su mascota
El siguiente lugar al que fuimos era una ciudalea dentro de un derrumbe, Hakan se sorprendió de que pudieran vivir personas allí, este señor nos hizo pasar hasta el fondo donde vivían dos familias. Con niños pequeños , realmente en condiciones muy difíciles .
Aquí lo que más me llamó la atención fue la mirada como asustadiza del pequeño y su gesto de esconderse detrás de su madre y protectora , en este ambiente , me pareció una escena bastante fuerte.
Por último me sorprendió encontrar allí este cerdo , que era del hombre que nos hizo entrar y me pareció tan extraño que lo tuviera en ese lugar con un candado , me imagino que hasta guardia le haga en las noches , para que no entren ladrones. Porque la carne de cerdo en la Habana está bastante cara producto de la inflación bestial que estamos viviendo.

Y sigo mencionando lo mucho que transmiten las imágenes en blanco y negro. En mi opinión son capaces de crear un aura de vibras que no logran las fotos a color.

Claro que esto depende del motivo, del ángulo y un montón de cosas más, pero el blanco y negro es como si logrará expresar cosas que se dispersaron con el color .
