No fixed moment exists for taking photographs; it's always best to carry your camera to capture any scene that crosses your path. One of my favorite activities is exploring specific areas of Havana with my camera. This time, I walked through the streets of El Vedado, a perfect place to capture urban scenes full of Cuban essence.

Una de mis actividades preferidas es salir a fotografiar zonas especÃficas de La Habana. En este caso, recorrà las calles de El Vedado, un lugar ideal para lograr imágenes llenas de esencia citadina y cargadas de cubanismos.
I don't follow strict rules for street photography, except for avoiding invading people's privacy without their consent. I always act with respect and ask for permission before publishing their images. The wonderful thing is that, after years of doing this, I have never had a bad experience. On the contrary, Cuban idiosyncrasy is generally friendly, fun, and cooperative.
