This is my entry for the #monomad challenge curated by @monochromes today.
Hi everyone, how are you, I hope you are having a nice day and are doing well wherever you are. Yesterday I went back around the cocoa plantation to see the cocoa plants that I planted a few months ago, and I accidentally saw a beetle crawling on one of the dry leaves, and it turns out that this beetle species is known by another name, namely Phyllobius.
And at that time I immediately approached it very carefully so that this beetle species would not fly in another direction. And after that I immediately approached the macro lens towards this beetle species and managed to take some portraits of images that looked very beautiful and graceful, and on this occasion today I again captured some portraits of this beetle species and hopefully you like it and can enjoy it.
This species of beetle has a rather small body shape with a yellow and slightly green motif that looks very eye-catching, and has two small eyeballs that look very beautiful and what is very unique is its snout that looks very interesting, and at that time I took several different angles of the picture to see the interesting side of this species of beetle, and I hope you like some of the portraits of this species of beetle that I show this time.
Phyllobius is a genus of weevils containing at least 60 described species, some of which are commonly found in Europe.....Wikipedia
