Hello everyone , this is my entry for #monomad challenge of today.

I have been waiting for you every day in front of our sea, as one eagerly expects a letter. And I died little by little, because your absence ate my energy inside me, because nothing moved me without you. The desperation was so great that I wanted to die in that sea, but I realized that I was already a corpse without sap.
Enough now, my love, I don't wait for you anymore, I want to take care of myself and smile again. I will no longer chase anyone who is not sure, I will not stay where I am not completely loved, I will not settle for someone just because he will give me a kind gesture. Now I sit here, I have learned to feel good alone, I will not beg anyone to stop, I just leave some space for who want to sit next to me.

Ti ho aspettato ogni giorno davanti al nostro mare, come si aspetta trepidamente una lettera. E mi sono spenta poco alla volta, perchè la tua assenza mi mangiava dentro ogni energia, perchè nulla mi emozionava senza te. La disperazione era cosi grande che volevo morire in quel mare, ma mi resi conto che ero già cadavere senza linfa. Ora basta, amore mio, non ti aspetto più, voglio prendermi cura di me e tornare a sorridere. Non inseguirò più nessuno che non è sicuro, non resterò dove non sono amata completamente, non mi accontenterò di qualcuno solo perchè sarà l'unico a donarmi un gesto gentile. Ora mi siedo qui, ho imparato a stare bene da sola, non pregherò nessuno di fermarsi, solo lascio un po' di spazio per chi vuole sedersi accanto a me.
