When I travel I like to stop in small villages, those with few inhabitants, those that are not attacked by tourists, those that maintain an ancient charm, of other times.
I like to walk in the small ports, where there are still fishermen who work as in the family tradition, untangling the nets and selling the fish at the market. I look at the boats returning to the port, I listen to the sounds of the sea, I feel the salty smell, the seagulls flying low in search of food. I feel good, in the beauty of the little things.

Quando viaggio mi piace fermarmi nei piccoli paesi, quelli con pochi abitanti, quelli che non vengono assaliti dai turisti, quelli che mantengono quel fascino antico, di altri tempi.
Mi piace passeggiare nei piccoli porti, dove ci sono ancora i pescatori che lavorano come nella tradizione familiare, districando le reti e vendendo il pesce al mercato. Guardo le barche che tornano al porto, ascolto i rumori del mare, sento l'odore salmastro, i gabbiano che volano basso in cerca di cibo. Mi sento bene, nella bellezza delle piccole cose.
