Hail to the Hive!
Yesterday I made a post of b&w pics of a restored and reworked piece of industrial canal side architecture. It was a sweet piece. Lovely building being used as a cafe and workshops.
This building is less than 5 minutes walk from that one and is in complete disrepair. It’s sad as the potential is immense. Recreating anything with as much character as this building would be hard and to harness its heritage and beauty would be awesome.
You hear people say location location location all the time and yet not only does this have it, it also has personality, character, it’s waterfront and has a parking area.
Oh my days could this be made into something interesting and if only someone with the vision and the cash would seize the opportunity.
I hate to see these old building pulled down and lost. We will regret it when they are all but gone.
Nice selection here with this ones :D
Thanks @sergiomendes . The post prior to this one shows what can be done with these old canalside buildings.

Yes!... I like a lot the soft contrast and the POW in all the shots. But the shot four, haw.... I like these whindows reflected so niceli in the water... Great shot. Congrats... 👍
Totally understand the regret if/when these don't get saved and productively used. Some people re-vitalise such structures so well...
