Monomad Contest. Bizarre antennas

Hi friends! Today I want to share with you photos of a dried plant that I met in the field during a walk in the fall. An inconspicuous-looking plant caught my attention and I decided to take a close-up photo of it. Of particular interest to me were the numerous "antennas" that were located on long "handles" in a conventional bowl. Some "antennae" even have seeds left that can withstand strong winds and hungry birds. It turned out interesting, I think, and most importantly - beautiful! 😊

I love the silky look of the photo and in monochrome it's just perfect.

Oh, silky look? Very interesting comparison! 😃

Fascinating that there's so much we miss around us with the naked eye...

It looks like a spider has taken advantage of these delicate branches to weave a slender string. Or, perhaps those filaments belong to this plant. I am unsure...

Thanks for sharing this post and good luck with the challenge.

Cheers!

Yes, you're right, most likely - these thin threads do not belong to the plant, but were more like cobwebs when I took these photos
