Some shots from Serra Fina

I just took a trip during the Carnival holiday here in Brazil and went to the Serra da Mantiqueira. I’m sharing more details about this adventure in my recent posts, but I wanted to do a cut, a selection of some photos I took during the trip. This monochrome edit makes everything feel more intense, and I absolutely loved how these shots turned out.

All these photos were taken with my phone because I shot them while hiking, and my camera is quite heavy—not exactly the most comfortable thing to carry in a backpack. But even so, I think they capture a bit of the raw beauty of this place, also known as Serra Fina, and reflect my perspective on nature and the beings that inhabit it. That’s it. I hope you like them, as they are my entry for the #monomad challenge today.

They are all beautiful pictures and the place really looks very relaxing and full of tranquility, I love it. I find one of the pictures of the dog a bit tender and funny, I think it's my favorite. Great pictures!
