Aye 😅

So here is the thing.

I graduated from the University a couple of years ago. I studied library and information Science. It is required in my country that every graduate complete a compulsory one year national service. (NYSC).
I was posted to serve in a Seminary, this one.

Inside story, only for dandays and @rubido

I at the cusp of applying for the Seminary to become a Catholic priest. It's the big secret that might take me away from everything.

You both heard it first, cos yous are the real MVPs

Sort:

Are you fuckin with me?

That was the exact reaction I was expecting f😅

Whatever you decide will be the correct choice. Nothing in life is forever dude, even my tattoos will be all but forgotten in less than 100 years.

A "homeless" guy named Mark once told me:
Home is in the intellectual capacity to be happy.

I hear you boss.

It's a tough call, but it's something I've wanted and I've being thinking of for so long.

Pro. 5:21

you have some explaining to do

My man have you never noticed my location? Where you been, studying or something?

Damn that's a big move, I will say be 500 percent certain it's what YOU want. Not the seminary, not family or friends.
I know a few Priests very well, one said something that stuck with me years ago.

I joined the church to find god, but it took 40 years of service to learn I didn't need to search.

He had retired from active duty, but he did the christening service for my son.

So I guess to sum it up. You have talent and skills you can grow.

I would ask yourself some big questions before making that leap. I ain't here to say it's a good choice or a bad one. Just make sure you get it right.

.

Eeessssh

This is a shit lot to think about.

Thank you for this response.
