A couple of weeks ago I was talking to @dodovietnam about monsoon seasons and how dangerous and damaging they can be, the conversation all started that he was not able to leave his house to do any photography work for hive content as the heavy monsoon rains were pounding Vietnam and this was not allowing him to do so this had been going on for a few weeks already and it was not letting off, I telling him only a few weeks prior here in Thailand we were having the same experience but it have left Thailand and gone to visit Vietnam.
I actually love looking at these black-gray clouds coming in over the ocean I know they are not fun when they hit the shore ripping trees down, flooding the streets, collapsing roads, and seeing the beach sand washed away into the ocean because the drainage system just could not cope it was like watching a tsunami taking everything in it's path and the next morning, it looks like a war zone, this is what exactly happened two days in a row not giving anyone a change to put any sandbags up just had to wear the consequences and call out the clean up squad when it was finally over, it certainly left some damage along the way.
As I promised you @dodovietnam I would take some photos of them mean ugly black-gray clouds because I think you were to scared to go out that front door to do it yourself, I risked my life just for you Mr... hope you like them 🤣
As you can see the destructive damage, it left behind the beach sand was turned into river valleys the repair team was quick on the job building up the sand banks again by bringing the washed out beach sand back out of the ocean and packing back on shore filling in all them river valleys that appeared overnight.
It was the beach that suffered the most damage the drainage system just couldn't cope with the amount of rain water causing floods of rain water to end up on the beach washing the beach sand to sea over the next couple of days the blue skies were back and the team worked efficiently day and night to build the sand banks up again you just never know with monsoon rains they come in vengeance.
"This is my entry for the #monomad challenge"

Those angry clouds have been arriving for years, filled to the brim with clean water which is a pity we cannot save more especially in dry regions of the world.
Losing beaches through wash away is normally due to human development never taking the land into consideration when building, leaving enough space for water to naturally soak away.
Gorgeous mood photography for the monomad challenge!

Thank you @joanstewart it is true it always rains in the wrong places and human error was the fault of the collapse unfortunately.
Our neglect has contributed to our own demise, we need to rethink what we do.
Unfortunately people know that yet they still neglect the facts because of there laziness and greed.
Agree we need to live more balanced life, eat to live not live to eat!
Wow it looks the same in Vietnam. Now I know, it's you! You were the person who blew the moonsoon from Thailand to Vietnam 😁 @tinman88
Just kidding!
Actually, I like your photos. I think each weather condition brings us a different view about nature and it's interesting.
Haha, sorry we had our share over here I had to sent it of to Vietnam but I hope it's all good and sunny over there now 😁 Enjoy your weekend @dodovietnam
