Lighting can be creative

in Black And White2 years ago

Hello, Hive friends and all #monomad seekers around here. Today I am sharing with you my beloved theme - lighting. I am always in search of creative lighting no matters where I go. It is great to see how light can be not only a source of light but also a decorative piece as well.

Wine glasses can be much nicer on the shelčf if you add some lighting behind them. It looks futuristic, artistic and interesting. The only downside is you must keep your glasses out of the dust, otherwise, the light will show dust roughly.

This lighting feature has art deco features. Art Deco is a style that originated in Europe in the early 20th century and became popular in the 1920s and 1930s. It was characterized by its use of geometric shapes, bold colors, and decorative elements that emphasized luxury and glamour. Shiny metals were material to go and I must admit, I loved it. I would like to find one like this for my home.

Are these more nautical or Hollywood-styled? One or another, they are bespoke and contemporary for sure. The only thing to get into consideration is that they must be fixed firmly. I bet one piece has 10 kilos at least and I wouldn't like to imagine what happens if you get one on your head.

Separate bulbs as practical lights can be amazing. This type of bulb could be seen in theaters and also in mirrors. If you are wondering what color is dominating in that B I can give yo a hint - bloody nice. Yes, it is red and velvety, so you get a theater resemblance instantly.

Empty water balloons, strapped with leather belts can also be a good start for lighting. Here they used tube lights but with LED technology. They do resemble retro tube lights. Overall, vintage tube lights offer a unique and retro aesthetic that can add character and style to any space. While newer lighting technologies have largely replaced them in many applications, vintage tube lights remain popular among collectors, interior designers, and others who appreciate their classic design and charm. Just some creativity and you can achieve this. A wall, light, and ornament at the same time. Amazing.

Everything you say about light are very true things! What's more, light is what makes it possible to create the photos themselves!
When we have a light source (especially if it is moving) we can take amazing photos!
I wanted to ask you: in the photo of the glasses the contrast is very pronounced, did you rework the photos in post-processing?

Photography is light... it doesn't matter how, but this resource gives another perspective of the picture. I really liked these pics, and the last one, loved it!
