Welcome to my 20th #monomad challenge entry!
Today I share with all of your some photos that I took on my last vacation week in Tenerife.
Wile doing one sendero (a.k.a. trail in nature), I've passed by one original way of transportation between two point that are far from each-other, and that there is no faster way of connecting them (like road, or river).
This zip line transportation, or tirolese (has some German speaking persons might call it) I was struck by the fact that not only the cable, but also all the parts and the "cage" itself were baptized with the typical rust of time that will never go back.
These valleys, densely populated by cactus, laurisilva and many small trees, are verdant not only because of the punctual rains that fall here, but also because of the rich soil, resulting from a nature of volcanic origin.
I let my imagination fly, until the beginning of the last century (who knows)... And I found myself thinking about how the people who cultivated these inhospitable and inaccessible lands had to survive and find ways to cope with this isolation and harshness of life

Olha, ainda na minha anterior publicação, como fui fazer pesquisa acerca do farol (não sabia nada da sua história, quem o tinha projectado, quando teria sido erguido e colocado em funcionamento) e não coloquei na publicação os sites nos quais fiz a pesquisa, levei com downvotes "à bruta" da malta da pesada. Eu não o fiz como forma de dizer que o texto era original, mas não tive esse cuidado. Por isso nesta publicação já coloquei a referência bibliográfica. Fica o aviso para ti, caso uses algumas referências externas. Eu não estou aqui para fazer dinheiro. Gosto muito da vibe desta comunidade, mas infelizmente ainda não despendo o tempo que gostaria de dispensar para me entrosar mais com os restantes utilizadores. Um forte abraço
