| Hello, friends! 📸 Recently, I was in Lviv, not far from Yaniv Cemetery. There stands a modern ten-story office center with a glass facade, and shops are located on the first floor. That day, the weather was beautiful, the sky was blue, and it reflected wonderfully in the building’s glass. As a street photography enthusiast, I decided to take a shot. I moved closer, looking for the best angle, when suddenly I heard, "Hey, what are you photographing there?" It was an elderly security guard addressing me. I calmly explained that I was just capturing the reflection in the glass, not wanting to provoke a conflict. I’ve had experiences before—last year, an elderly woman almost attacked me for photographing a monument. But this time, an unexpected supporter appeared—a random passerby joined the conversation: "What, is the security guard acting like a big boss?" 😄 I replied that I could understand his concern—these are difficult times, people are on edge, especially at the start of the war when every corner seemed to hide enemy spotters. Though I know what can and cannot be published, and for good reason, as unfortunately, there are indeed traitors among us. But that’s another topic. Today, I just wanted to share a story about architectural photography and the little moments that happen while shooting. Have you ever found yourself in a similar situation? 📷 | Привіт, друзі! 📸 Нещодавно я був у Львові, неподалік від Янівського цвинтаря. Там стоїть сучасний десятиповерховий офісний центр зі скляним фасадом, а на першому поверсі розташовані магазини. Того дня була гарна погода, небо блакитне, і воно чудово відбивалося у склі будівлі. Я, як любитель вуличної фотографії, вирішив зробити знімок. Підійшов ближче, шукаючи кращий ракурс, і тут раптом чую: "Гей, що ти там фотографуєш?" Це звертався до мене охоронець, вже немолодий чоловік. Я спокійно пояснив, що просто знімаю відображення у склі, не бажаючи провокувати конфлікт. Бо був у мене випадок минулого року, коли пенсіонерка мало не накинулася за те, що я сфотографував пам’ятник. Але цього разу знайшлася несподівана підтримка – випадковий перехожий підключився до розмови: "Що, охоронець корчить із себе великого боса?" 😄 Я відповів, що його можна зрозуміти – час непростий, люди насторожені, особливо на початку війни, коли всюди ввижалися навідники російських ракет. Хоча я розумію, що можна публікувати, а що ні. І не дарма, бо, на жаль, зрадників серед нас теж вистачає, але це вже інша тема. Сьогодні ж просто хотілося поділитися історією про архітектурні фото та моменти, які трапляються під час зйомки. А ви коли-небудь потрапляли в подібні ситуації? 📷 |
