exercise in the morning
starting our day with exercise is certainly healthier,in addition to adding spirit, healthy and increase appetite,short time always makes you rush to do sports.
after we finished exercising we sat down and rested where people were selling while enjoying the view of the rising sun and feeling the warmth of the sun
then we all went home quickly to continue our work activities.
