Hope you are well and free from stretch! It is easy to say but difficult in practical, right? However, let’s start our topic with a beautiful tiger rose flower. I love flowers but not always try to dig the name of each flower. One day in a flower nursery, I asked the name of this flower to the owner with curicity. The way he was staring to me that I have done a great mistake not knowing the name. Finally, he told with an annoying voice ‘Tiger Rose’. Here is the picture.
Stretch is a part of our life. The more you try to avoid stretch, the more it will grab you. The best way is to dilute the stretch with positive thinking. ‘Positive thinking’ is a vast word’. We can thing positive only when we have positive elements around us. There are many positive elements around us. Just, we need to find those. Flower is one of the positive elements which change your mind in any situation.
It is proven in many studies that flowers play a vital role to change human psychology in positive way. You can check it in your practical life. Just, give a flower to one your friends who is sitting sad. Immediately after getting the flower his mental stage will be changed from bad to good. Flowers have the addiction power to shake our happy hormones with its beauty and smell.
Have you ever seen a person proposing his girlfriend with fruits! The element of proposing love is flower not anything else. There is a scientific logic behind it. We are controlled by the hormones. Every hormones have different functions. Flowers can enhance the activities of happy hormones which can lead to positive outcomes some time.
It was proven in multiple studies that flowers have positive impact on our health. Flowers have the healing power inside. It act like a natural medicine. Nevertheless, the difference is that you do not need to take it. You have to feel it. Many psychologist suggest to keep flowers in your home. People surrounded by flowers get less agitated and depressed.
There was a study conducted by Park and Mattson where they mentioned like below.
Ornamental indoor plants in hospital rooms enhanced health outcomes of patients recovering from surgery.
They also mentioned that flower can heal pain with less pain medicine if the hospital room is sorrunded by flowers. It can also work on your blood pressure.
If you are a businessperson, put some flowers on your desk. It might give you the easy solution of complex problems. The reason is that you will feel relaxed and take the correct decision.
If you are a teacher, put some flowers in your classroom. It will definitely increase the attention of your students.
There is nothing better than home in this world. Put some flowers in your bedroom. It will give you good smell and make the environment nice. In addition, it will feel your partner relaxed. Love will be everywhere.
Last but not the least, purchase some flowers for your beloved ones at least once in a week. It will make the relationship more strengthened. Sharing some pictures of my daughter and son who are holding flowers.
