Feed yourself with the word
In the conversations you have, in the surroundings, in the music you listen to, in the shows that you watch, your spirit is being fed.
And if your spirit is not being fed the things of God, your spirit is being fed the things of this world. And if you ever heard the phrase, you are what you eat, it's the same thing spiritually.
When you get in a situation that tests your patience, when you get in a situation that makes you upset, how you respond to that thing is based on what you've released, what you've received and absorbed into your spirit.
So if you want to come out victorious and you want to live a life that is successful and pleasing unto God, you got to eat that book.
