Hello Believers, how are you all doing today.
For those that struggle with insecurity and not feeling good enough and having all these flaws that you allow to dictate what you do and how you act and respond to things, notice that that directly is correlated to your relationship with Jesus, and I'm going to tell you why.
Like, notice that you oftentimes feel the same way about Jesus. Like, yeah, maybe you're overcoming your flaws in your relationship with him, but at the same time, there's a part of you that doesn't always trust him.
There is a part of you that doesn't always believe the things that he says about you. Because when you fix your mouth to say a lie like, I'll never overcome this, I'll never do this, I'm not good enough, I don't look like them, not only are you making them the standard, but you are causing yourself to begin to move in a way that says,
Jesus cannot flow through me because I'm speaking a lie and he's the truth.
If Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, right?
He is the way, he is the truth, and the life. Then whenever you speak a lie that you believe from the enemy, you're prohibiting Jesus from coming out of you.
He lives in you, but he can't come out, right?
He can't come out of you until you begin to speak the truth over yourself of what God's word says over you, What you feel in the moment.
This also supports the scripture where Jesus says that it's not what's in a man that defiles him, but what comes out of a man.
So if what comes out of you defiles you, then what happens when Jesus comes out of you?
It purifies you. It purifies your circumstance.It purifies your situation because the truth is coming out of you.
And the Bible says you shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free. When you speak the truth over yourself, you free yourself from the bondage of lies, of insecurity, of fear, of doubt, and you allow Jesus' truth to come out and purify you, your situation, because you are literally speaking the truth.
You are literally speaking things that are not as though they were. You're literally speaking life over yourself. He's the way, the truth, and the life.
Because the Bible says we have the power of life and death in our tongue because Jesus lives on the inside of us.
