Greetings to you all believers
Your faith is basically like a baby. So in psychology, there's something called the absorbent mind, meaning between the ages of birth all the way up to six years old, children are absorbing the most information they're ever going to absorb in their life because they don't have anything to base anything off of.
When you accept Jesus Christ into your life, your faith is like the same way. It attaches onto whatever is around it.
So if your faith is surrounded by, mind you, this is personified in the Bible, if your faith is surrounded by negative speaking, sexual immorality, TV shows and music that fill it with doubt and lie, you know what I'm saying?
Then all your faith is going to do is try to produce what it's seen, just like a child starts to take after its environment.
This is supported by HEBREWS 11 and 1, which says,
Faith is the substance of things that we hope for, the proof of what we have not yet seen
