The Omniscience Nature Of God

I don't know who needs to hear this, but God knows how to fit into small spaces. Of all the revelations he's given me, this is God to be one of my favorites.

Oftentimes, I feel like we always talk about God being so big, so vast, so powerful. And while those things are true, he reminded me today, he also knows how to fit into the small spaces.

He knows how to meet you where you are, how to fit into the cracks of your broken heart and heal you from the inside out. He knows how to fit into the limited faith you have in him and stretch it so that it grows.

Now, he could have been a God that always requires us to reach him before he reaches us in understanding, intelligence, faith, growth, healing, development. But no, he's patient. He knows your limited understanding, and he doesn't mind teaching you.

He understands your limited point of view. And I think that's something we all need to remember and appreciate.

Why God Allowed My Suffering

And I found that suffering, he allows it for three reasons. It's either to take something out of you, to expose yourself to you, or to get something in you.

Suffering is a really cool way that God gets to teach us about ourselves and brings out the brokenness, brings out the insecurities, brings out the parts of us that need to be changed, need to be developed, and shows us if this is how you respond to things when you're under pressure,

if this is how you respond to things when you're in pain or when you're angry or when you're suffering or when you're going through, you will never survive because suffering is bound to happen.

It's bound to happen, one, because we all have free will. People make decisions, and because God gives us all free will, we suffer the consequences of their actions.

Maybe it's generationally. Maybe it's because you've surrounded yourself with certain people. Maybe it's because of the inevitable.
