PROVERBS 11:25
The generous soul will be made rich,
And he who waters will also be watered himself.
Most of us always have this mindset that having so many possessions and a fat account balance is what makes you wealthy as an individual.
This is not true and not how it should be. There are rich people who are poor, and there are poor people who are known to be very rich. This paradox sounds confusing but it is just the truth.
In the book of REVELATION 3:17, the Bible talked about the Laodicean church and it says " You say I am rich, I have acquired wealth and do not need a thing. But you do not realize that you are wretched, pitiful, poor, blind and naked." Wealth is not always measured by such a standard, you don't think it is by how much that you posess.
It is possible that you can know a rich man, not just by how many houses he owns or the numbers of cars that he drives, but how rich and pure the heart is. A pure and a rich heart is always definite how kind and generous it is.
Now let me ask you believers, how rich is your heart?
This writing is for those who find it hard to keep up with helping the less privilege because they feel within them that they have little or not enough to help and assist them. This message is for that child of God who has never find a quality time to appreciate their parents for what he has done for them through gift.
Do you know that the poor heart tends to always hold onto everything that it ever had. While the heart of the rich is free when it comes to giving. God blesses the hands that gives and makes that person wealthy, and he makes those who are stingy lose everything.
