Romans 2:45
4.Do you despise His great kindness, tolerance, and patience, but do not know that God's goodness will lead you to repentance? 5. But because of your stubbornness and unrepentant heart, you have accumulated wrath on you, preparing for the day when God will be angry, that is, His righteous judgment will be revealed.

God doesn't want to punish us; God does not want us to suffer a lot because of our bad behavior. Instead, he asks us to repent (to God) so that He can forgive us.

We only deserve to die, but God postponed the penalty so that we could turn to Him.

2 Peter 3: 9 gives the same reason why Christ has not yet returned to this world. God still gives people the opportunity to return to Him. God has shown great kindness to the people of this world about this. He was very patient with them as some of them could come back to him.

However, we cannot imagine that we could continue to live in such a cruel way. We must all die and Christ's return will come. Therefore, we will never avoid God's judgment. If we don't turn to God, this judgment will be against us.

Hive Power Up Month - Feedback from Day 20

These words are very true! None of us will escape death and none of us will escape judgement. Salvation is the only thing to give us everlasting life and that is only found through Jesus Christ! Thank you so much for your wonderful post :)
