No excuses today, because you just need 5 minutes and a dumbbell, nothing else.

I know most of you don't have time to workout, especially when it's 6 pack time, but the next time you want to train your 6 pack, try this 5 minute one. 🕐

If you're not used to train abs with weights, just start with the lighter dumbbell you have. Also 2 kg is ok at the beginning, and if you don't have a dumbbell at home, you can use whatever you want.. i bet you can find something that weight 2 kilograms! (water bottle for example)😁

You can do this workout whenever you want, either after your normal workout, or also in the morning on empty stomach.

Once you're used to it, i'd suggest you to do it 2 or 3 times in a row, with couple minutes of rest between every circuit.

I used 4 kg but don't focus so much on the dumbbell weight, the most important thing is to focus on your mind to muscle connection.. try to feel your six pack as much as you can. 💪🏻
