Some castles are flashy, embedded with diamonds, and sometimes surrounded with flowers, a lake on its side, something wonderful and peaceful.

Uy's eyes twitched and put her face towards the castle, but up close, more like the manor, she grew up.

After seeing the witch of Bugcraft, she knew for sure that she was not hallucinating or dreaming.

She just chanted the spell, unleashed the witch, tumbled inside the painting, which she realized was a spell to keep Axies away from the guild.

Uy shivered when the voice started nearing them. Jewel giggled, feeling giddy.

"Hi, I am Jewel. Just Jewel."

She smiled bigger than her usual. Jewel extended her hands, but the woman used her staff to tap her hands.

"You found me."

The witch smiled at them; Uy remembers the face that made her cringe.

It was looking directly at Jewel who is smiling sheepishly as if she saw the most priced possession in the metaverse.

"To unleash me, you must be the p--"

"Uri Scarlet, a traveler."

She stopped the witch and faced her head-on. Jewel doubtfully stared at her and snuggled close to the witch.

The power of the witch is beyond her status. One hasty blow, the woman may begin distancing herself.

"Please take us under your care."

Jewel gleefully said, easing the tension in the atmosphere. The witch hitched and stared at them as if it's been a long time since she saw Axies upfront.

She looked at Uy and Jewel who are portraying two types of facial expression. Then the witch smirked to them.

"This is hell." The witch said, and Uy's lips twitched. She darted her eyes towards Jewel, who is now stuck in her Dreamland, gaping at the witch.

The damned half-caste became oblivious of her surroundings again. The witch gazes at Uy with scrutinizing look. The old woman looks at her from head to toes as if searching for something. Uy raised her brows, squinted her eyes, leveling now the pressure put in the stares of the witch towards her.

"I am in no place to stay, and I don't like to be here. Take your evilness out and take us under your care."

She announced honestly.

Indeed, she doesn't like to stay or be around the woman. The witch seems to know her by just one glance but stops saying anything.

Jewel looks like a little girl who found her toys taken away from her for a long time. She's been looking at the witch as if it's not a creepy creature. She shrugged the thought of.

"If you are as convinced, might as well take you. It's been millenium since I had any visitors in this hellish world."

The witch started striding forward. She's smooth and flexible, unlike what she looks like. The witch-struck half-caste tags alongside the witch of Bugcraft as they enter the long pavement.

The manor has a classic touch.

By classic, it's dark, wood with glass and black linings.

She's keen on what's around them and even saw the entrance full of poisonous frog flowers illuminated as they walked past them.

She smiled, and when there were animals in more flashy colors that served as the alarm in both ends of the two-door that served as the place's entry.

Upon arrival, the colors slowly changed, the dark and eerie vibe on the outside changed into something comfortable and warm. A vibe that welcomes you when you are at home. The witch's cloak and her appearance changed. Jewel, who is already in her awed face, become more drawn and almost snuggled more closer, disabling the witch- turned a homozygous Axie from her breathing.

The witch once again looked at Uy, signaling she needed help from the bondage-like grip of Jewel.

Uy rolled her eyes and moved to beat the venerated mixed-race woman. Her eyes normalized and no longer sparkling.

"Stop being stupid and looking like an awe-struck fool, you squawk."

She whispered firmly. Trying to control the witless companion that she has.

She's sheltered, and her actions are limited when out of their home.

She does do all silly stuff at home, but she's someone who knows how to control herself more outside. This woman is too carefree, and it drains her.

"Ohh, tasty."

Jewel playfully mocking her, Uy narrowed her eyes towards the woman who wanted a fight.

"Mys-"

Another woman came towards the witch, and Jewel's eyes widened. Uy's eyes blinked and stared. At that very moment, they seemed to be familiar with it. Like she already met the woman, or maybe present in some other books.

Her supposed to-be squabble with Jewel halted at the arrival of the woman.

As details run through her head as they travel down the main hall, memories of the Lunacian Academy sink in her mind.

The forbidden book.

It was in the forbidden book.

The book that came floating in her room and that became her possession. She did not continue her training in the Lunacian Academy grounds.

Now everything fell into place; she gazed at her clothed arms, then to the mixed-race woman, to the witch and the singular servant.

The Guild of Bugcraft

She articulated it in her mind and slowly reminisced what was written on the first page of the book of "Dark Powers: The Forbidden Lunacia."

The book is written in unique strokes of celestial alphabet, the primordial writings, but came too handy for her to read.

The witch snapped and brought them to the hall.

She stared at her, more likely glared.

"There are guidelines when you want to enter the guild,"

Uy tsked. The whole manor looks deserted. There is no hell they would make up a team even to want to join here.

"As so, first. Don't ever roll your eyes at your master."

The servant Axie looked at her with flicked eyebrows. Jewel pinched her arms.

"Aww!"

Uy grunted. The mixed-race women's hands inflict as much pain as her pinkish light-colored skin.

Diverting Uy's gaze from the platform where the witch stood, the other places behind her are already full of Axies. Axies she never felt existed until she blinked her eyes. ***

Everyone's looking at her, and ***something is not correct.

She told herself.

Uy felt something touch her heart as the witch started to lay the guild's guidelines.

1. Don't act as if you know everything when you cannot say a single spell and cast damage by drawing your cards.

2. Axies will come at you, challenge you, and you need to face them head up.

3. If I didn't teach you anything, it's your responsibility to train, and don't bother me. Just train.

4. Your rank when fighting. Expect it to fluctuate. If you lose, you lose. When you win, it means it took your skills.

5. When I say stop fighting, you need to stand your point.
