The ban wave truly did scare some managers into closing down their scholarship. I've seen their tweets. Some of them had houndreds of scholars, others not so many but it all adds up in the end. 200k is a big hit.
Now checking it against my database of known compromised or unsafe domains.. you'll see another reply if it's in there. If not, it's likely safe to open.
