S'il y a bien une chose que j'ai du mal a supporter c'est quand il y a les abus. Oui, je sais, je ne suis pas né ni sur la bonne planète, ni à la bonne époque ... Mais ce n'est pas une raison d ele garder sous silence.

Je viens d'appendre que la Belgique avait privatisé le services des toilettes de plusieurs gares.
Ce qui s'est instantanément traduit pas le doublement du tarif de Madame Pipi.

Madame Pipi est un Belgicisme, qui identifie l'employée responsable de l'entretient des lieux publics d'aisance. donc le technicienne de surface des toilettes publiques.
Cette parenthèse est insérée pour montrer que je respecte ce métier même si je ne suis pas d'accord avec ces façons de faire

Ce qui me dérange dans cette pratique, c'est un peu comme Delhaize avec ses employés...
Toujours tout vouloir sous traiter auprès de privés pour améliorer les marges et/ou faire baisser les coûts de fonctionnement. .

Ce qui n'est pas possible, enfin pas vraiment, la société première aura probablement moins de frais... Mais l'utilisateur final, ou les employés, seront les dindons de la farce avec une augmentation des prix finaux ou une diminution des salaires.

Parce que, franchement, comment peuvent-ils croire qu'en rajoutant un intermédiaire le coût global pourrait baisser ?
Certains me diront : Aves les économies d'échelles.

FAUX

Les économies d'échelles ne fonctionnent que lorsqu'un géant gère un ensemble de petite structures qui ne lui appartiennent pas. Aussi bien quand Delhaize franchise vers des "petits indépendants" (donc pas des géants) ou quand un état (le vrai géant) privatise vers une entreprise privée, c'est l'inverse qui se passe.

Et puis de toutes façons, dans le cas présent, trouveriez-vous normal de vous faire rançonner de quelle que somme que ce soit sous contrainte de perdre le droit fondamental de vous soulager?????
"Tu veux faire pipi ? C'est €, sinon tant pis, et n'utilise pas l'arbre du parc, t'aurais une amende plus salée"!

Dans ma jeunesse on l'appelait aussi Madame Pipi, d'ailleurs la photo me l'a rappelé direct. Ici en Thailande il y a pas mal d'endroit où tu donnes encore la sommes que tu veux à Madame Pipi, à l'ancienne, comme dans ma jeunesse. De même qu'ici c'est encore le pompiste qui te mets de l'essence dans la voiture.

Les Sanisettes modernes étaient payantes dans ma ville au début, mais elles sont devenues gratuites, et restent propres (c'était l'argument pour les faire payantes).
Dans les centres commerciaux c'est payant sauf si on a la carte de fidélité qui est gratuite alors ça va.
